#3a5a8c Distributed-narrative cast
Meet the cast
StoneDojo's adapted-DN-S cast (ages 15–18, realistic Go-study personas — NO mascots, NO illustrations, NO cute animal names, per R-OLDER-TEEN-DN-ADAPTED) each embody one Go primitive; the case-narrative coach frames a real board decision → consequence → reflect, and the rated tsumego ladder drills the same shapes. Mentor Meridian sets read-before-you-place and growth-over-ego (a lost group is one lesson, not a verdict).
Vitalis
Life — the vital point that turns one big space into two eyes
Rampart
Connection — joining groups so they share every liberty (a dragon)
Foresight
The ladder — read the staircase to the edge before you start it
Weir
The net (geta) — trap a stone by covering its escape, no chase
Rebound
The snapback — sacrifice one stone so the capture takes the group
Standoff
Seki — mutual life where the strongest move is not to move
Impetus
Sente — spend your move only on threats you must answer
Repose
Tenuki — leave a finished area for the biggest point on the board
Bulwark
Influence — outward power (thickness) over immediate territory
Coda
Endgame (yose) — count, and take the biggest closing move
Meridian
(Mentor) — read before you place; a lost group is one lesson
