Still-Stone
THE FREEZE — *the biggest, strongest move of all is holding your whole body perfectly still when it's time to stop.*
Still-Stone Shows Us How to Freeze
In the middle of Wiggle Meadow sits Still-Stone, a smooth, friendly stone with a calm little smile. Bounce-Bunny jumps, Whirl-Owl spins, Thunder-Turtle stomps, and Tip-Mouse tiptoes — but Still-Stone knows the strongest move of all: the freeze.
When everyone is moving and the grown-up says FREEZE… Still-Stone doesn’t move a bit. Not a wiggle. Not a wobble. Just calm and still, like a stone in the sun.
Can YOU be like Still-Stone? Make your whole body freeze. Feet still. Hands still. Even your giggle — hold it in. Wow — you are SO still!
Say it with a grown-up: “Be a stone, don’t move at all — Still-Stone helps us freeze, stand tall.”
Freezing is the biggest, bravest move there is. It’s your body listening to YOU. Anyone can wiggle — but stopping when it’s time to stop? That takes a strong, calm heart, just like Still-Stone. GO… wiggle, wiggle, wiggle… and FREEZE! You did it.
