Tip-Mouse
MOVE THEN STOP
Tip-Mouse Tiptoes and Stops
In Wiggle Meadow lives Tip-Mouse, a teeny mouse with tiny quiet feet. When the grown-up says GO, Tip-Mouse tiptoes — tip, tip, tip — soft and slow and gentle.
Can YOU tiptoe like Tip-Mouse? On your toes… so soft… so quiet… tip, tip, tip.
And now the calm part. When the grown-up says FREEZE… Tip-Mouse stops on her tippy-toes and holds still. No more tiptoeing. Just a soft, quiet mouse.
Can you FREEZE like Tip-Mouse? Toes still. Whiskers still. Quiet as can be. Perfect!
Say it with a grown-up: “Tiptoe soft like little Mouse — quiet as a sleeping house.”
Big moves are fun, and soft moves are cozy. Tip-Mouse shows us that GO can be gentle too — and FREEZE is always ready. Let’s play again: GO… tip, tip, tip… and FREEZE!
Reading together with a grown-up? A card for the grown-up
For the grown-up: ask one question, then wait. When they answer, add one word to what they said. Tap the button when they have said something — that is one turn each, a circle. Nothing is recorded or kept.
Let them finish it
Say “Tiptoe soft like little Mouse — quiet …” and stop. Let them finish it.
Now wait. Count slowly to five in your head. Their answer is worth the quiet.

The WiggleTots ensemble
Tip-Mouse is one of the friends in WiggleTots. Each friend shows you one idea by how they act; meet them all and you have the whole subject.
