Founding families
Our apps send us nothing about how your child plays. That is on purpose, and it means we cannot learn from usage numbers. So we ask people instead.
What it is
- Twenty households, any mix of ages from 3 to 18.
- One fifteen-minute call a month with a grown-up, at a time that suits you.
- We ask what your child chose, what they skipped, and what you noticed. You can share your child's progress card if you want to; it stays on your device unless you send it.
- You can stop at any time by replying "stop". No reason needed.
What we keep, and what we don't
- We keep the grown-up's email address and our own short notes from the call, in our email account. Nothing goes into the apps or the website.
- We never ask for a child's name, photo, school or recording. Please don't send them.
- We don't record calls, and we don't share or sell anything you tell us.
- Ask us to delete your email and notes at any time, and we will.

What it changes
What families tell us decides what we fix and build next. We don't publish anything you say with your name on it. If a finding is worth sharing, we describe it in general terms on the transparency page.
