Test "obvious" flight beliefs against evidence — several common ideas about how planes fly are shaky.

Flight has feels-right-but-wrong ideas: a plane’s engines don’t create lift (the WINGS do; engines give thrust), heavier planes can absolutely fly (it’s about lift vs weight, not being "light"), and planes don’t "float" on air like a boat. Reason from the four forces, not from intuition.
