Earth runs on heat flow. Uneven Sun-heating drives winds and ocean currents (giant convection loops), which shape weather and climate. Certain gases trap outgoing heat (the greenhouse effect) — natural and necessary, but adding too much traps extra heat and warms the planet. It’s thermodynamics on a global scale.
