📋 What it is
Mass (g, kg) is how much matter; capacity (mL, L) is how much a container holds.

Mass measures "how much stuff" (grams, kilograms). Capacity measures "how much it holds" (millilitres, litres). A bottle's capacity is fixed; how heavy it is depends on what's inside.
