Energy comes in forms (heat, light, motion, sound, electrical) and can change from one to another.

Energy is the ability to make things happen, and it wears many outfits: heat, light, sound, motion, electrical, chemical. The magic is that it TRANSFORMS — a torch turns electrical energy into light, your body turns food (chemical) into motion. It’s never made or destroyed, just changed.
