Signalling & Rescue
📋 What it is
If you need help, clear signals — sound, light, or symbols — help rescuers find you.
🗣️ Coach says
If something goes wrong, signalling for help is a key skill. Three of anything (three whistle blasts, three fires) is the universal distress signal. A mirror flash, bright colours, or a big ground symbol (an X or SOS) help rescuers — especially from the air — spot you. And staying put usually makes you easier to find.
