WantTots' calm world — a sunny picnic meadow with two little mats set out beside one basket under a gentle tree

WantTots

The same thing, two wants, two feelings. Nab the magpie shows how what you WANT shapes how you feel — share one warm two-friend talk with your little one.

Two Friends The same thing happens to Jem and Pia — but they wanted different things, so they feel different! See the two wants, then wonder what YOU would want. Wants Card A little card of same-thing-two-feelings pairs to talk over together — print it for the fridge.

Two friends, two wants.

A big step in feelings is understanding that the same thing can make two people feel different — because they wanted different things. WantTots shows it gently: Jem and Pia meet the same moment, want opposite things, and feel differently — and both are okay. Then you wonder what your child would want. Two minutes, out loud. Nothing is a test, and nothing is ever saved.
