Community Health
📋 What it is
Health isn’t only personal — clean water, safe spaces, and access to care keep whole communities well, and young people can advocate for them.
🗣️ Coach says
A lot of health happens beyond the individual: clean water, parks to play in, safe streets, and everyone being able to see a doctor. When these are shared fairly, whole communities are healthier. Young people can and do advocate — asking for a safer crossing, a school garden, or clean facilities. Health is something we build together.
🧠 Memory hook
Health is shared: clean water · safe spaces · access to care. Young people can advocate for it too.
😂 Giggle
The stomach and the brain argued about who was in charge.
The brain said, "I think, therefore I am." The stomach growled, "I hunger, therefore YOU eat."
😲 Whoa!
Adding parks and safe places to walk measurably improves a whole neighbourhood’s health — the environment shapes wellness.
