SkyPals

Read feelings the way you read the weather. Meet the four sky birds - Kite, Nestle, Gust, and Drizzle - and learn where a feeling sits on a calm two-way map (warm or cool, windy or still), never a grid, never a colour. For ages 6-8. Vane the rooster points to the sky, big buttons, read-aloud help, and nothing you feel is ever saved.

Characters who teach

Meet the cast

SkyPals is a little flock of birds who live in the four skies of the feelings-weather map. Vane the rooster is the hero - a weathervane who points to the sky a feeling is under. The four corner birds each embody one corner of the map (how pleasant x how much energy). Every sky is a real place, there is no best sky, and the surest way to know a feeling is to ask.

V

Vane

Point to the sky - a rooster weathervane who reads the clues (what happened, what a body did, what was said) and helps you find which sky a feeling is under.

K

Kite

The bright and breezy sky (pleasant + high energy) - a bird who soars high and cannot hold still: warm and full of go.

N

Nestle

The warm and still sky (pleasant + low energy) - a bird who tucks into a cozy nest: warm and slow and settled.

G

Gust

The stormy and windy sky (unpleasant + high energy) - a bird who churns and blows hard: cool and big and stirred-up.

D

Drizzle

The grey and quiet sky (unpleasant + low energy) - a bird who droops in a slow grey rain: cool and heavy and quiet.
