For grown-ups

How to use it

  • Pick a when… (a trigger, e.g. "I get home from school").
  • Add steps from the list, reorder them with ↑ ↓, and remove any with ×.
  • The line at the top reads your flow back in plain language, so you can check the order makes sense.

Why design a flow

"When X, do these steps, in this order" is the core of computational thinking — a trigger, a sequence, and the discipline of getting the order right — expressed in plain language before any code. Designing a real routine (a wind-down, a get-ready) is a friendly on-ramp to that idea. We claim no habit outcome; it's a thinking tool.

Running it for real (on the app)

FlowDojo here designs and reads the flow. Turning it into an automation your device actually runs — an iOS Shortcut — is a device feature that lives only on the app. The thinking (trigger → ordered steps) is the same on both.

No pressure, no counting

No score, no streak, no notifications. The flow is yours to design and re-order. Everything is on this device only.
