A jar fills with fish. Your child guesses — a few, some, or a lot — and then you count them out loud together to check. That is the very first taste of estimation: a good guess uses a benchmark (a-few looks like this, a-lot looks like this), and counting is how you make sure. It reads every prompt aloud, the fish are big to count, and there is no way to lose. No timer, no score. Everything stays on this device.
