KitchenLab turns your kitchen into a science lab for ages 6–8. Each experiment follows the way real scientists work: guess what will happen, try it for real with things you already have, then find out why.
The special part is the guess before you look. Committing to a prediction — and being surprised when it is wrong — is how ideas stick. So a wrong guess is never a mistake here; it is a real scientist's surprise.
Cricket the curious cousin is along for every experiment, but she never tells you the answer. She only asks good questions, because YOU are the scientist.
Every experiment is safe — no heat, no flames, nothing sharp for kids — and meant to be done with a grown-up. You can print a lab card to write your guess and draw what you saw.
Everything is calm: no score, no streak, no timer, nothing to buy. Everything runs on this device — there are no accounts, and nothing you do leaves the device.
Honest note for grown-ups: KitchenLab is science practice, not a promise of a grade. It grows best alongside lots of "I wonder why…" conversations.
