For grown-ups
PassportPals turns any outing into a little passport of quests. Each quest is a real thing to do — find something older than a grandparent, ask a staff member a question, find the quietest room. The child stamps each quest when it's done. You decide together when a stamp is earned.
How to use it together
- Pick a passport before you go: Any place (works anywhere), the zoo, the park, or at home.
- Out in the world, do a quest. Talk about what you found; jot a note if you like.
- Tap the stamp. There's no timer, no score, and no way to lose — the goal is just to look closely and ask.
- Fill the passport for a little certificate you can print.
Why a family passport?
Most museum apps go unused — the passport works better because it belongs to your child, not the building. There's no GPS and no location tracking; the “Any place” pack works at any venue (or your own backyard), and everything stays on your device.
What it's good for (and what we don't claim)
PassportPals builds close observation, asking questions, and a shared plan for a visit. It is not a brain-training program and makes no claim it raises IQ or test scores.
