About PuppetTots
PuppetTots is a tiny puppet show built as the calm opposite of autoplay. It follows the American Academy of Pediatrics idea of a bounded hand-off: a short story with a clear end, not an endless stream.
- Nothing plays on its own. The child taps to start, and taps to move to the next part — the show is always child-paced, never auto-advancing.
- The show STOPS to get you moving. Partway through, the puppets ask for real-world help — "find something red", "do three big stretches" — and the story will not continue until a grown-up taps "we did it!". It is a screen-down moment on purpose.
- The curtain closes. At the end there is no next-video feed and no countdown — just two calm choices: watch this one again, or pick another, whenever you like.

Honest note for grown-ups: PuppetTots is a deliberately bounded, screen-down story habit — the design refuses the autoplay/next-video loops that keep small children watching. It is a calm story time, not a claim of any particular outcome. Everything runs on this device; there are no accounts, no ads, and nothing a child does leaves the device.
