The Table — four ways to move a discussion forward

  • Opener (Ask) — Pose the next question from the text, and invite someone who hasn’t spoken yet.
  • Tracker (Track) — Notice who has and hasn’t spoken; gently make room for a quiet voice.
  • Steel-manner (Steel) — State the STRONGEST version of the view you disagree with, in good faith, before you reply.
  • Closer (Close) — Name the strongest point made so far and one question still open.

🔒 Everything happens on this one device. First names are used only at the table, this session — never saved or sent. Any text you paste stays here. There is no AI and nothing is graded; the device is the moderator, and you are the seminar.
