Point of view is who tells the story — first person (I) or third person (he/she/they).

Who's telling the story changes everything. First person ("I ran") puts you inside one head. Third person ("she ran") lets you see more. The narrator's voice — their personality — colours how the whole tale feels.

The same event told by two different narrators can feel like two completely different stories.

Careful — think it through, then reveal.
