About TrailTots
TrailTots is a cozy, audio-first map-your-walk toy for ages 3–5. A child builds a little trail by tapping places in order — a tree, a house, a duck pond — and then says how they got to each one with a spatial word: straight, left, right, over, under. Compass the fox then walks the trail and reads every step out loud.
The gentle big idea is “walk home.” When Compass walks the trail backward, the places come in reverse order — and left becomes right. It is a first, playful feel for how a route works from both directions.

There are 8 places to visit, and your finished walk becomes a tiny map code (it starts with TT-) that a grown-up can write down, print, or send to a friend so they can walk it too. Nothing is ever sent to a server — the code is just your map written down.
Honest note for grown-ups: TrailTots gives a first feel for putting a route in order and using positional words (C3-framework K geography / K.G positional language). It is a taste, not a claim of any particular outcome. There is no GPS and no camera; everything runs on this device and nothing a child does leaves it.
