About VivaQuest

VivaQuest is oral-defence practice that a chatbot can’t do for you. A viva is an oral examination: someone asks questions and you answer aloud, without notes. Because the questions are generated from your own outline, the only way through is to actually understand your work — which is exactly why it holds up in an age when a chatbot can draft the essay. It is AI-proof by format, not by detection.

How it works

• Build — type your topic and 2–6 key points. VivaQuest generates a question bank at three depths: Recall (state it), Explain (show the reasoning), Defend (handle an objection).
• Run the viva — hand your device to a partner, parent, or teacher. They read each question aloud; you answer; you self-score against a short rubric. It is Together-primary by design.

Why it stays honest

• No microphone, no AI, no network. The questions are built by a deterministic engine from your own words; nothing is recorded, and nothing leaves your device.
• On-device only. Your outline is saved on this device so you can pick it up again; there are no accounts and no personal data collected.
• Practice, not a grade. The score is feedback for you and your partner — never a grade of record, and never a claim about your exam results.

Honest note: VivaQuest helps you rehearse defending your ideas out loud. It does not detect AI use and it does not replace a teacher’s assessment.
