Pim is a little squirrel with a fluffy tail and bright, happy eyes. Pim lives in Plan Park, where all the friends come to play.
One morning, Pim wanted to do SO many things. Build a tower! Find a snack! Splash in the puddle! It was a lot. Pim's tummy felt wiggly and big.
So Pim took a slow breath and picked just ONE thing. "First," said Pim, "I will build a little tower." Just one thing. That felt better already.
Pim put one block down, then another, then another. Up went the tower! When it was done, Pim clapped. A tiny plan, all finished. Pim's little rhyme is: "A tiny plan makes a big day easy."
That is Pim's happy secret. When there is a lot to do, pick just one small thing first. One tiny plan, and off you go. You can always pick the next one after!

Pim is part of PlanPals's distributed-narrative cast. Each character embodies a different curricular primitive; together they teach the full subject.
