What it is

CanopyForge turns how you learn into one clear page for the people who need to read it. You choose the reader — a school support meeting, a college disability-services office, a coach, a manager, or yourself — and the same facts come out in the right voice, with your supports written as asks.

You decide what to share

The page never names a condition. You describe how you work and what helps. Anything personal stays optional.

What it is not

It is not a legal or official document. Colleges and employers have their own processes — the prep card points you to the questions to ask.

Privacy

Everything happens on this device. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. Nothing you choose or type is saved or sent anywhere — when you leave the page, it is gone, unless you printed your card.
