For grown-ups
CreasePals teaches children to read standard folding notation — the valley and mountain lines and the arrows used in origami books worldwide — and to check their own paper against a picture.
Each step is one fold. After it, the child picks which of two pictures matches their paper; the wrong one shows the usual slip (folding the wrong way, or the other side). Every picture is computed from the paper's geometry, never drawn by hand.
All models are traditional. We are still paper-testing each one, so the steps may change. No timer, no score, no streak; each model ends with something real in the child's hand.
What it never does
- No accounts, no ads, no tracking — anything kept stays on this device.
- No streaks, timers to beat, points to chase or leaderboards.
- No chat, and nothing anyone types is sent anywhere.
