For grown-ups

Energy is its own dial

A feeling really has two dials — how pleasant it is, and how much energy it carries — but that’s a lot for a little one at once. So DialTots teaches just one: energy, from sleepy to wiggly. The big idea is that energy is separate from good or bad — you can be a calm-happy or a wiggly-happy, a sleepy-sad or a stirred-up-sad. Your child slides the dial and tries a tiny body move at each stop. Later, on a full map (for older children), this becomes one of the two directions.

No wrong place to be

DialTots never tells a child to “calm down” or “wake up”. Every stop on the dial is okay. It only offers a gentle move — a slow breath can bring the dial down a notch, a little wiggle can bring it up — and only if your child wants to. A picture-word gives them something to point at, and 🔊 reads any stop aloud.

A dial, not a diary

This is the one promise that makes DialTots different: it is a body-check, not a mood log. Where your child puts the dial is never saved — not on the device, not anywhere. There is no “how much energy today?” check-in that gets stored, no history, no diary. Each visit simply starts fresh in the calm middle. There is no microphone and no camera. Nothing you tap ever leaves this device.

When a feeling stays big

DialTots helps a family notice the body’s energy together; it is not therapy and does not measure anyone. If big energy or a heavy low stays for a while, the strongest move is a real one: talk with another trusted grown-up, or a family doctor. A daily body-check is a spark; a caring adult is the anvil.

Our privacy promise

DialTots Play is free, works offline, and collects nothing. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no microphone, no camera; nothing you or your child taps ever leaves this device. There is nothing to save, and so nothing is saved.
