About PilePals
Most word games hand you a word to spell or a blank to fill. PilePals does the opposite: it hands you a pile of letters and lets you discover what's hiding in it — the same open, rearrange-anything freedom that makes Bananagrams fun, in a form a first-grader can play.
Rearranging is the point
The same letters make several words (C, A, T, R → CAT, CAR, RAT, ART). Finding them means rearranging — the core letter-and-word flexibility early spellers are building. Every word comes with a picture and is spoken aloud when found, so a still-learning reader can play.
What it's good for (and what we don't claim)
PilePals is gentle practice for spelling and letter rearrangement / word discovery. It is not a reading program or a brain-training app, and we make no claim it raises IQ or test scores — it's a friendly word-finding game.
