What you practise
WorldFeels grows your emotional granularity across languages. The affect map — pleasant to unpleasant, calm to charged — is shared by everyone; what differs is how many places each language has given a word. You meet feelings other tongues name in a single word (untranslatables) and words that look like an English feeling but mean something else (false friends), and you predict where each sits before the reveal.
Honest seeds, pending native review
Every word here is a starting seed, cited to a source and marked as pending review by a native speaker — never presented as the final authority on another language’s feelings. Emotion words are subtle and personal, so we hold them lightly. These seeds are also how our apps build feeling-word banks in each language, reviewed by native speakers before they ship.
A map, not a mood tracker
Nothing you guess is saved — there is no diary, no history, no “how do you feel today?” check-in, no microphone, and no camera. WorldFeels is about how languages name feelings, not a record of yours.

WorldFeels Play is free, works offline, and collects nothing. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no microphone, no camera. Only which words you have explored is saved, only in this browser. It builds literacy about the science of feelings across languages; it is not therapy and does not measure or diagnose anyone. The crisis resources below are always one tap away.
