CreaseForge
Every time you fold a piece of paper, you are doing geometry: the crease is a mirror, and whatever was on one side lands as its reflection on the other. Fold across a line and a dot mirrors straight over it; fold one edge onto another and you bisect the angle exactly - no protractor. Predict where a fold lands, then mirror a point yourself in the lab. Real, tiny, deterministic maths - no internet. Ages 9-14.
#7c4dbb Distributed-narrative cast
Meet the cast
CreaseForge's crew ARE the folds that make a mirror - the cast IS the curriculum: each character's move IS one fact about reflection. Mira is the crease itself, a line of reflection that flips one half of the paper onto the other. Valley is the fold that mirrors a point across the crease, sending it the same distance to the far side. Axis, the mentor, counts a shape's symmetry folds and reminds the crew that a regular n-gon always has exactly n. Bisect matches one edge of an angle onto the other, creasing the angle exactly in half - geometry a ruler can only approximate. Painted portraits + storybooks are a tracked follow-on (R-WEB-CLONE-SPAWN-TRACKED); a text-only crew + flat, deterministic on-device geometry ship now - nothing leaves the device. Coordinates with the #122 FoldForge origami concept (Fold Commons #101): CreaseForge is the registry-clean, collision-safe name.
Mira
The crease - a line of reflection, so whatever sits on one side of the fold lands as its exact mirror image on the other
Valley
A single fold, which mirrors a point across the crease to the opposite side, the same distance away - every fold is a reflection
Axis
(Mentor) Counts a shape's lines of symmetry and keeps the crew's rule: a regular n-gon has exactly n folds that map it onto itself
Bisect
Matches one edge of an angle onto the other, so the crease lands exactly halfway between them - folding an angle precisely in half

How CreaseForge handles your kid's data
- ✅ All progress, settings, and AI-generated content stays on the device
- ✅ No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs
- ✅ No ads, no in-app purchases — you pay once
- ✅ No personal information collected from children — in line with COPPA (updated by the 2026 FTC amendments)
- ✅ Parental controls + session limits + content filters built in
CreaseForge runs on ForgeKit — the open-source Swift Package Manager framework that powers every Spark & Anvil app. ForgeKit ensures consistent accessibility, COPPA compliance, and design language across the portfolio, so your kid's progress and preferences feel coherent across every app they touch.
