Build a fair community for a shared online world (ages 9-14). Write a charter, set step-by-step consequences, and learn to keep a shared space healthy - grounded in Elinor Ostrom's principles for communities that last. Meet the crew who each ARE one rule of fair community: Kithe draws the circle of who belongs, Fairny keeps rules fitting and fair, Sayla makes sure everyone gets a say, Watchet keeps friendly watch (and tells a trusted grown-up when something feels wrong), Rungo starts consequences small, and Cordy gives every fight a quick fair place to land. Distributed-narrative cast

Meet the cast

CharterForge is a crew who each embody ONE rule of a fair, lasting community - the cast IS the curriculum, grounded in Elinor Ostrom's design principles for enduring commons. Learning to keep a shared world healthy is learning what each of them does: Kithe draws clear boundaries (who belongs, what's shared), Fairny keeps rules fitting and the work-and-fun fairly split, Sayla makes sure the people who follow the rules help write them, Watchet keeps friendly shared watch and knows when to tell a trusted grown-up, Rungo starts consequences on the gentle bottom rung, and Cordy gives every disagreement a quick, fair place to be settled.
