GuessTots

How many fish are in the jar - a few, some, or a lot? GuessTots gives your littlest learner a jar full of fish and a fun guess to make, then counts them out loud together to check. It says everything aloud (no reading needed), the fish are big and easy to count, and there is no way to lose - a good guess or a fun count, both are a win. Guessing with a benchmark and then counting is the very first taste of estimation. On-device, no account. Ages 3-5.

Distributed-narrative cast

Meet the cast

GuessTots' jar friends each embody one move of ESTIMATION - the crew IS the idea (audio-first for ages 3-5). Sip is a few - a small handful you can see at a glance. Gulp is a lot - so many they spill past the top. Fair reminds you a good guess uses a benchmark, not luck: some is right in the middle. Mentor Countie keeps the whole idea: guess with a benchmark first, then count to be sure - counting is how you check a guess. Painted portraits + storybooks are a tracked follow-on (R-WEB-CLONE-SPAWN-TRACKED); a text-only crew + a flat clean jar ship now, audio-first for pre-readers.
