Welcome to Zara's Trading Post. You've played the trading games — now learn to read a deal like an envoy. For each board moment you'll predict the best move — take a neighbour's offer, use the cove (your safe fallback), or walk away — then Zara grades every move on Gains, Fairness, and Manner, and shows the two traps: a deal worse than the cove, and one that feeds the player who's winning. Ages 9–14, on-device, no accounts.

Zara The envoy who runs the trading post - she asks 'does it help you? is the rate fair? does it help them?' and shows why a move works (the answer-withholding coach)
Bo The keen builder, always short of wood - trading Bo a good they need is the warmest win-win
Juno The wanderer who needs little - a trade with Juno is fine for you but doesn't help them much (a neutral ask)
Vero The front-runner - handing the leader the good they need only speeds their win; Vero teaches 'don't feed the leader'
